Anonymous asked: was benedict offered the role or did he go out for it? could it just be that he was better than the other actors?

I don’t even blame Benedict Cumberbatch for taking the role. As far as I know, he auditioned.

And there is no such thing that ‘maybe he was the best for the role’. With the actors that auditioned for the role that were more suited physically wise, there was a list of great actors on that. So it’s ridiculous for me to believe that ALL those MOC actors were not good enough for the role and I think it’s ridiculous for anyone in their right mind to believe that, too.

Anonymous asked: Zachary Quinto makes a great Spock! Also, I saw the Great Gatsby last night and Gatsby really suited Leo.

ZQ is flawless as Spock. It’s hard to fill Leonard Nimoy’s shoes, tbh. And I’ll be letting y’all know my thoughts when that shit hits the dollar movies.
